Scarlett Johansson's weight loss, breastfeeding, diet tips: My body is average - National Celebrity Fitness and Health



Scarlett Johansson is a regular on "sexiest women" lists inside of world, but insists her body is merely average. Johansson made the surprising remarks on "Barbara Walters' 10 Most Fascinating People of 2014" special, which aired Dec. 14.
While Scarlett Johansson is hailed for my child sensual blonde beauty, she's not an enthusiast of her thighs or stomach. "It's an okay body," she said. "I wouldn't say it is really remarkable. I despise my thighs, my midsection."
Johansson was equally modest when asked how she feels about being a sex symbol, claiming she doesn't fully realize how to act sexy. "I never put on a sexy face, so I don't know what it indicates to act seductively," Scarlett said.
Johansson, who lost almost all pregnancy weight less than three months after having your baby to daughter Rose in September 2014, credited breastfeeding and a healthy diet to be with her speedy weight harm. "I'm nursing and I love it," said Scarlett. "It's the only way to get funding shape."

Johansson tried Pilates and yoga classes but always returns to strength-training because she enjoys an athletic, intense coaching. Scarlett, a former vegan, did extensive martial arts training and went on the raw vegan diet perform the Black Widow ultimately 2012 action flick "The Avengers."
Fortunately, Johansson loves to exercise. Although some celebrities have hopped to the low carb bandwagon, Scarlett loves a loaf of bread. "I love French food," said Johansson. "I love the breads and pat??s ' all that points. I don't eat cheese, though, which shocks my French family.
Johansson, who's done sex scenes with hunky stars such as Bradley Cooper, Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Joseph Gordon-Levitt, said love scenes are challenging but liberating. "You have become totally without judgment," said Scarlett. "It's sort of liberating. It's challenging, but you've just got to stay in the occasion."
