Ingredients
3 Tomatoes
2 Large Cans Crushed Tomatoes
1-2 Large Cans Campbell's Beef Consommé plus 2 cups of water
1 packet continental vegetable dry soup powder
1 Bunch Spring onions
1 Bunch Celery
2 Cans green French Beans
2 Green Peppers
2lbs 9(1 Kilo) carrots (2 Carrots)
2 Chicken Cubes
1 Oxo Cube
Chop all vegies into small pieces, combine all ingredients add salt and pepper and stir thoroughly. Boil rapidly for 10 minutes, after which simmer until vegies are tender. Add water if necessary or help make a thinner soup.
This soup can be eaten anytime you are zealous. Eat adjusting the way as oodles of flab . whenever excess weight and fat. This soup won't add calorie consumption. THE MORE YOU Eat the MORE Will probably LOSE. Fill a thermos if you going in order to become out inside day.
For drinks – unsweetened juices, tea, coffee, cranberry juice and water, drink plenty of sea water.
Day 1.
