Khloe Kardashian flaunts weight loss, skinny abs: Does waist training diet - National Celebrity Fitness and Health



Khloe Kardashian flaunted off her decline and flat abs courtesy of a corset waist machine. Kardashian said she's "obsessed" with her waist trainer, echoing the sentiments her sister Kim recently made.
Khloe displayed her weight loss in the dramatic before-and-after photo on Instagram January. 27 (above right). "Looking back at pictures of myself I didn't realize at the time how unhealthy my lifestyle actually was," Kardashian wrote within the caption.
Khloe continued: "People love to call me the fat one but as weird as appear I still believe I would consider myself fat in those days. Definitely overweight and unhealthy, of course. About two years ago I decided to turn to fitness as a kind of therapy and as being a stress reliever. Began slow and eventually I started exercising 4 to 5 days a week."
In addition to consistent exercise, Kardashian also credits wearing a waist trainer for her flatter abs. While it might sound odd, "waist-training" or the "Corset Diet," is an appetite suppressant trend some women use to winnow down their waistlines.
"This is a motivating way to train your waist being smaller," said plastic surgeon of choice Dr. Alexander Sinclair, who claims some of his patients have lost up to six inches.
Kim Kardashian revealed she wore a strict corset to bed every night to make her waist smaller ahead of her May 2014 wedding to Kanye Gulf. Kim credited waist training and a low-carb ketogenic Atkins diet for her 56-pound weight loss just six months after giving birth, Celebrity Health reported. Khloe, who hates dieting, doesn't do low-carb, but limits portions when she in order to lose weight.
Waist training sounds drastic, but actress Jessica Alba has credited wearing double corsets around the clock for three months for her dramatic post-baby weight deterioration. Similarly, Brooke Burke Charvet said wearing a corset was answerable for her stunning post-baby weight loss after each of her four pregnancies.

But not everyone is sold on the loss benefits of waist training and say wearing tight corsets for prolonged periods squeezes your waist and parts. Fitness experts also say waist trainers can prevent you from strengthening your abs because the body starts to use the corset with out its own muscles to stabilize alone. Still, waist trainers have skyrocketed in popularity, and the trend shows no symptoms of waning.
